           I get several experiences in searching for appropriate study materials to improve my understanding about the topics in this assignment. I have searched for those materials through internet which are using Google and Taylor’s databases. Although I have used internet as a medium to search for information, I have selected the articles from only reliable sources such as e-books and official website. Besides, I also get the full guidance from my lecturer. Then, using the guideline given, I try to attempt the assignment on my own. After that, I compare my answers with my course mates. If there are any differences in our answers or any uncertainties, we will discuss and try to figure out the best solution. 

 

             On top of that, there are numerous learning experiences I have acquired in the process of attempting this assignment. First, I get to improve my discipline-specific knowledge. This is because I was able to put theories into practice as all knowledge that I had all these while are integrated in this assignment. These practical skills have made me became more motivated in learning so that I would know how to apply them in the real business world. Besides, I am able to understand more about the professional practice within business field as I got a broader view of how the real business world works.  

 

            In addition, attempting this assignment offers a lifelong learning. It helps me to be more prepared when I am in working life since I was getting expose to real business situation when I was completing this assignment. Moreover, attempting this assignment gives me the opportunity to think critically and creatively. For instance, in deciding and recommending the option to be chosen in part c (ii), I have to critically assess the costs and benefits for the current production as well as the two options. Furthermore, I had been given real life arguments in making decision for an organization which are question iii and iv in part c. Thus, I had to analyze the problems and gather knowledge from various sources to arrive at effective solutions. These really help me in improving my thinking and problem solving skills.

 

            Next, I also get to enhance my communication and interpersonal skills. Working in a group for questions in Section A requires me to communicate appropriately with my group member in order to avoid any conflicts between us. Then, completing this assignment especially Section A gives me chances to build a good teamwork with my team members. Therefore, with the power of good teamwork, my group members and I managed to complete this assignment efficiently. Working in a group also drives in leadership skills in me. Last but not least, I also get the chance to use Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and related technologies effectively in attempting this assignment. Hence, I managed to improve my digital literacy skills.

 

             In conclusion, I have improved my existing skills as well as acquired several learning experience as a result of attempting this module. These skills and experiences are crucial for me in the future especially when I am in working life. Therefore, I will continuously practice these skills in my university life in order to be the best student and to prepare myself to be future best employee.
